About the Role Our client, a leading adventure tourism operator in the scenic Queenstown, Eastern Cape , is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, team management, and a passion for the outdoors and adventure tourism. Oversee all operational aspects of the adventure tourism business, including activity logistics, equipment management, and scheduling.

Manage inventory of equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained, safe, and readily available. Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions for operational staff. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or outdoor adventure sector.

Strong understanding of risk management and safety standards in adventure tourism. Excellent organizational, planning,



and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling, inventory, and operations management.
