- Lead and manage regional payroll operations across a designated international region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery
- Oversee team performance, capacity planning, and professional development while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax requirements, and internal financial controls
- Monitor payroll performance metrics, drive continuous process improvement, and support system enhancements and troubleshooting
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or 7-9 years of related payroll experience
- 3-5 years of experience in processing and managing complex regional payrolls with a focus on compliance and labor laws
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the capability to guide others through change
