About the role
Looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid and organic marketing, with Linked In as a main channel. You'll take full-funnel ownership, from strategy and campaign set-up to optimisation and reporting, working directly with the founders and clients rather than passing work down the chain.
Key responsibilities Plan, run and optimise paid and organic campaigns, with a focus on Linked In
Own the full funnel, from audience targeting and creative testing to lead generation and reporting
Grow brand presence and engagement with a B2 B audience
Work closely with the founders and clients to turn goals into campaigns
Track performance, report on results and use data to improve campaigns
Represent the company at selected industry conferences and events What we’re looking for Proven B2 B marketing experience, ideally in i Gaming, or on the agency or provider side
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, ideally Linked In Ads, alongside organic content A proactive, hardworking self-starter who is comfortable owning results
Strong written English and an analytical, data-led approach
Based in Europe and able to work remotely Nice to have SEO and PPC experience
Experience attending or supporting industry events and conferences What’s on offer Fully remote, adaptable working
