Help build trust into every Spendesk journey Spendesk helps businesses manage their spending with more control, visibility and efficiency. As part of the KYC & AML squad , you'll help improve the onboarding and verification experience.

Your role Your main focus will be on solving meaningful product problems within the KYC & AML area. Help shape and improve the KYC, KYB and AML onboarding experience. Use research, customer feedback, product data and regulatory context to inform your decisions.

Design clear, accessible and trustworthy experiences for complex workflows. Contribute to the wider Product Design practice through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback. Depending on priorities, contribute to the evolution and adoption of Spendesk's design system.

Design at Spendesk Designers are strategic partners within cross-functional teams. We collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders throughout discovery, design, delivery and iteration.

What we're looking for Three or more years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.

Experience working on complex workflows, data-heavy products or products with multiple user types. Ability to use metrics and evidence to inform design decisions and evaluate product impact. Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.

Experience with KYC, KYB, AML,



identity verification or fraud prevention.

Experience contributing to a design system or coded component library.

Experience with experimentation and data-informed product development. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk and Compliance.
