You will be the operational hub and community connector for our development team, supporting studio operations, team administration, and game production workflows.Because game development moves across distinct project stages, you will collaborate with teams across multiple studio projects and daily operations.Coordinate domestic and international shipments (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or local couriers). Prepare commercial invoices, handle customs clearance documentation, and track shipments such as development kits and game assets.Game Swag &

• Merchandise Management: Manage the sourcing, inventory, packing, and distribution of official game merchandise, milestone gifts, launch kits, and studio apparel for our teams and external partners.Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries for the team, logging packages and routing production equipment to the appropriate groups.Event Planning &
