We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella
- Estepona (Spain). Manage individual and group reservations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services.
- Maximize upselling opportunities and optimize hotel occupancy.
Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or German are highly valued.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar). Exclusive discounts across all Sunset Hospitality Group venues.
