Position Summary Business Consultant must understand customer needs and aligns them with the spectrum of France Product and Service offerings. develops effective Sales strategies with France Sales force, discusses product requirements and analyzes competitors' actions in the market. Operational Support Answering Request For Information/Request for Proposal documents and coordinating answers to Customer requests, Preparing and delivering Sales presentations by demonstrating offering's value, Working closely with the Sales team and all other business units (Implementation, Product, Customer Services), Keeping up to date with product developments, Contributing to update our demo-platform. Profile We are looking for a candidate that is just as enthusiastic and eager as we are and who can bring in: 3+ years of effective experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll, Expertise in understanding in Human Resources Information System, architectures, and technologies and comprehensive HR and Payroll activities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Native French language Fluency in English is mandatory; Aptitude to ensure the timely delivery of critical information to internal analysis teams, sponsors, customers, and other interested parties and to prioritize work, Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications.
