AI Engineer — Python & Agentic AIAbout the roleAt Inno IT, we are looking for AI Engineers to help build practical, production-ready AI solutions for an international automotive organisation.Initial use cases include supplier invoice enquiries and legal document review, with opportunities to contribute to additional business areas.This is a software engineering and integration role with a strong applied AI component, rather than a research or model-training position.Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms such asMicrosoft 365, Share Point, Outlook and Big Query.Build reusable APIs, connectors and Python libraries that can support multiple use cases.Combine LLM capabilities with deterministic logic for document comparison, data validation and business rules.Write automated tests and support integration testing, user acceptance testing and production deployment.Produce clear technical documentation and support handover to internal teams.

What we are looking for Practical experience developing software inPython, with attention to maintainability, modularity and testing.Working knowledge ofSQLand data validation.Familiarity with cloud environments, ideallyGoogle Cloud Platform.Experience with Git,



code reviews and automated testing.Good communication skills in English for technical and business collaboration. Nice to haveYou do not need experience with every technology below: Microsoft Graph, Share Point Online, Outlook or Teams integrations.Document processing withDOCX, OOXML or XML, including document comparison and comments.CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring and rollback procedures.Experience working with finance, legal or other enterprise business processes.
