Responsibilities Perform the Tooling Verification Process (TVP) of the J&T; belonging to S19 of Getafe ́s Plant in order to guarantee J&T; periodical maintenance revision is properly performed. Control periodical maintenance revision is performed before expiry date and record in the IT tool available the TVP fulfilled. Certify periodical maintenance revision is performed according to TVP and take a decision or disposal if any deviations are reported, assuring the same level of performances.

Assure the acceptance of new toolings belonging to Getafe ́s Plant according to Airbus Standards; The jobholder is responsible to support technically all J&T; issues in Getafe Plant. Lead continuous improvement projects from AOS deployment and related to J&T.; Tooling control of Jig&Tools; storehouse.

Skills Experience: Proven experience in quality management within the aviation industry, with a focus on aircraft jigs and tools.

Metrology Expertise: Proficiency in Laser Tracker technology and 3D measuring machines.

Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current Getafe ́s plant assembly and tooling requirements. On-site facilities (among others): free canteen, kindergarten, medical office. Possibility to collaborate in different social and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
