You'll take ownership of your recruitment pipeline and work closely with Marketing, academic teams, and external partners to grow our international master's programs.Your responsibilitiesTake full ownership of your recruitment pipeline, driving conversion from initial inquiry to enrollment and delivering against agreed targets.Help develop and execute recruitment plans for assigned programs and markets, working closely with Marketing on campaigns, communications, and lead generation.Plan and deliver presentations, webinars, and recruitment events, coordinating suppliers, logistics,



and follow-up.Represent Advantere internationally and develop relationships with universities, recruitment partners, alumni, and event organizers.Maintain accurate CRM records, report on recruitment performance, and use market insights and candidate feedback to improve results.What you bringOne to five years experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another role involving client relationship management.Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish, essential for presenting, advising candidates, and managing international relationships.Commercial judgment: you understand motivations, address concerns, and guide conversations toward clear next steps.Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to manage activity and track performance.Availability for international travel and occasional evening or weekend events.A varied role spanning recruitment, admissions, marketing, and partnerships.International travel and opportunities to build your professional network.
