We develop creative strategies, content ecosystems, creator-led campaigns and social-first activations designed to create cultural relevance and real business impact. We are looking for an Account Manager in Spain to join our growing team and manage key client relationships across markets.

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning the relationship from brief to delivery and ensuring projects run smoothly, strategically and commercially. This is not just a project coordination role. Manage projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality, timing and budget are respected Lead client calls, presentations, feedback rounds and project follow-ups Maintain a clear overview of account priorities, deliverables, timelines and budgets Support proposals, scopes of work,



budgets and commercial negotiations Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional project relationships Ensure Cooltura consistently delivers a high standard of strategic thinking, creativity and client service 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Services within a creative, social, digital or advertising agency ~ Native Spanish ~ Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously ~ Strong understanding of social media, digital culture and contemporary brand communication ~ Commercial mindset and confidence discussing budgets, scopes and opportunities ~ Experience working with international brands and social-first campaigns You'll join an independent, international and fast-growing creative agency working with ambitious general brands and culturally relevant projects.

You'll have real ownership of your accounts and the opportunity to help shape Cooltura's growth across the Spanish market.
