Learnlight is seeking a Head of State Funded Programs to lead and scale a high-performing SME sales team for the German/DACH market. You will own new business targets, drive prospecting and pipeline development, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and AI-enabled productivity.
You will coach 6 Sales Consultants and 1 Admin, define ICP/TAM, and expand funded programs and certifications while ensuring learner activation and funding compliance.
