MISSION Under the supervision of the Cief Commercial Officer, ensure compliance with company policies, as well as meeting the objectives and annual Sales Plan. Meet monthly, quarterly and/or yearly sales and profitability targets set for his/her territory by the Company and agreed with the employee through effective planning and budgeting. # Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, especially Q&A; and Customer Service. # Analyze the territory/market´s potential, track sales and status reports. # Propose actions and suggestions in order to build the Annual Sales Plan for his/her assigned Territory. # Assist in any quality issues related to the product itself in conjunction with company QA staff. # Assist current customer base by training/accompanying customer sales force in joint end user calls (sell-out) Sales experience in the plywood/wood industry is a must Good Spanish & English level (business fluency).
