About the Role
Working with a Series B Tech startup within energy industry. We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead technical vision, architectural design, and execution across systems driving their expansion. You will build high-impact backend infrastructure, automate tendering workflows, design deal-gating risk tooling, and deploy agentic workflows.

Required SkillsProven track record as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth product organisation.
Deep expertise in Python and AWS server-less architecture.
Strong background in complex, integration-heavy system design.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
