At Schneider Electric Solar we are looking for a Junior Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance team in an international and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to continue developing their career in finance, gaining exposure to different areas of the business and contributing to decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
In this role, you will support the Finance team in key activities related to financial analysis, reporting, controlling, and business support. Supporting the monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
Participating in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
Collaborating as a business partner, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and models.
Monitoring costs, analyzing key drivers, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting). Understanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
English level B2.




Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau will be valued.
