Madrid, Spain Your impact begins here As a Clinical Research Associate in CDC Spain, you will be a trusted partner for your clinical trial sites, helping studies deliver with quality, pace and a clear focus on patients. Our CRA vision combines strong site partnerships, smarter ways of working and risk-based quality management. What you'll bring A Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Experience in clinical trial monitoring, or in a relevant role within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes and applicable regulatory requirements. The ability to deliver high-quality, compliant trial execution, with a clear focus on patient safety and data integrity. Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and take accountability for results. Protect patients and trial quality: perform monitoring according to study requirements, use data and risk insights to prioritise activities, and follow issues through to resolution. use approved digital tools, share site insights and good practices, and contribute to cross-trial initiatives in areas such as site engagement, quality and digitalisation, with opportunities to lead or co-lead according to your experience.
