As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat other automated alerts) and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertiseEscalate potential service issuesGuide customers through the claims processMonitor and report on customer service performanceKeep up to date with all the latest products,
