Overview In this role you will support the development and delivery of scientific/medical assets, coordinating asset workflows with agencies and internal stakeholders. You will develop workflows, track timelines and budgets, and create process guidelines to improve the asset creation process. You will train and assist stakeholders on platforms and processes, while contributing to the company's innovation and local implementation efforts.

This position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a general CRO environment and a chance to drive quality and efficiency in scientific communications.

Responsabilidades

Manage and execute tactical plans for scientific/medical asset creation and review

Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders; monitor timelines and budgets

Develop guidelines, workflows, metrics, and reports to improve asset processes

Act as trainer and point of contact to ensure correct platform usage and process adherence





Stay informed on innovation strategies and support local implementation where appropriate Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Science in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or related field

Master's degree in a scientific field with operations/process/project management focus (highly valued)

Solid project management skills with strong communication, coordination, and time management

Fluent in spoken and written English

≥3 years'

experience in scientific/medical asset creation in Pharma/Biotech

≥3 years'

experience in Medical/Scientific Operations Management in a Big Pharma or agency environment

Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities

Proven experience negotiating solutions communication coordination time management project management process management information management
