? Your mission & impact

As a Security Manager you will manage cybersecurity risks in projects within an international environment that includes Salesforce, CRM and e‑commerce platforms . You will be responsible for identifying and assessing implementation and operational risks , coordinating mitigation actions with technical and business teams, and overseeing security controls, incidents and action plans . You will also contribute to GRC activities and security governance for the organization.

✅ What we’re looking for

- 5–8 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects .
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity risk management or security governance .
- Proven experience identifying, assessing and tracking project and implementation risks .
- Ability to coordinate mitigation plans with technical, security and business teams .
- Knowledge of CRM, e‑commerce or other business‑critical applications .
- Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills .
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus .
- High level of English for daily collaboration in an international, multi‑country environment .

? What you will do

- Manage cybersecurity risks across projects and platforms (Salesforce, CRM, e‑commerce).
- Identify and assess risks related to implementation and operations (design, integration, access, data protection, third parties, etc.).
- Define and coordinate mitigation plans with IT, security and business stakeholders .
- Monitor the implementation of security controls , follow up on incidents and track action plans to closure.




- Contribute to GRC activities : risk registers, control frameworks, policies, procedures and reporting.
- Support security governance : steering committees, decision‑making, and alignment with corporate security strategy.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards and presentations to management and project committees .
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with international teams to align on risks, priorities and remediation plans .

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to cybersecurity and project risks .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication , able to interact with technical, security and business teams .
- Proactive, structured and autonomous , capable of driving risk mitigation and follow‑up without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments , adapting your communication to different audiences and seniority levels.

✨ Nice to have

- Experience with Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permissions, integrations, data protection).
- Experience in regulated or highly critical environments (financial services, retail, etc.).
- Security or GRC certifications (CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, CRISC, etc.).
