At Kyndryl, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager specialised in Zero Trust architectures, with a profile that combines deep technical execution and strategic vision. You will lead security transformation projects aligned with the "never trust, always verify" model, designing and implementing end-to-end Zero Trust architectures in international client environments—from maturity assessment to the deployment of identity, microsegmentation, and access control.

Design reference architectures based on Zero Trust pillars: identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads, and data. Identity & Access (ZTNA / IAM) Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, replacing traditional VPN access. Design and integrate IAM, MFA, conditional access, and least privilege models (least privilege, JIT/PAM).

Design and deploy network and workload microsegmentation (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments). Integrate security controls into cloud environments and workloads (CASB, CWPP, SSE/SASE). Implement data control and encryption based on classification and sensitivity.

Manage technical and functional security projects,



ensuring scope, timelines, and quality. Validate architecture through security testing (phishing, ransomware, red teaming exercises) and response simulations. Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years in cybersecurity projects, with proven experience designing or implementing Zero Trust architectures in international environments. IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, cloud security (Azure, AWS or GCP).

Advanced

English (written and spoken).
