Our partner is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead | NDA based in Spain.Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on an established business platform? In this role, you will help enhance and evolve an existing CRM solution, primarily focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, while supporting integrations with external business and marketing systems. Accountabilities Develop and enhance CRM solutions: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Sales.Translate business requirements into effective CRM features, improvements, and customizations that support operational needs and business objectives.Quickly understand the current CRM architecture, configuration, and development workflows to deliver improvements efficiently and reliably.Investigate technical problems, identify root causes, implement fixes, and support the stability and performance of the CRM platform.Contribute to the integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external business applications, marketing platforms, and other connected systems.Participate in Agile delivery: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, implementation, testing, and scheduled releases, ensuring that deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.Follow established deployment processes and release plans, helping ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and minimizing disruption to existing functionality.For candidates taking on the Technical Lead responsibilities, establish development standards, review code, mentor developers, and guide technical implementation decisions while remaining actively involved in hands?on experience developing, customizing,
