Perk is seeking a Marketing Planning, Operations & Admin Manager to own planning rhythm, budgets, and team coordination for a large Marketing team. You will report to Marketing Leadership and ensure the team runs on time, within budget, and with high operational efficiency.
You’ll lead quarterly OKR cadence, calendar management, vendor coordination, onboarding, and Learning & Development initiatives, while embedding with Content, Product Marketing, and Social Media.
