About the Opportunity

At HR Partners, we are looking for 3 Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developers to join an international IT project supporting a major European financial institution.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Microsoft technology professionals to contribute to enterprise-level digital transformation, automation, and AI-powered business solutions.

The role is fully remote, with candidates required to perform their work from within the European Union.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows.
- Develop business solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.
- Contribute to AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Support SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Teams integrations.
- Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and Power Platform governance policies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Testers,



and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and support solution delivery.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
- Availability to work remotely from within the European Union.

Highly Valued Technical Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation.
- SharePoint Online and SharePoint development.
- Microsoft 365 integration and development.
- Document management systems and workflow automation.
- Microsoft Azure, C#, and .NET.
- Power BI.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level Microsoft solutions.
