Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and production spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Clean and sanitize floors, windows, walls, and surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or minor carpentry repairs.
- Identify and report any building maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely.
- Assist with setting up or taking down furniture for meetings or events as needed.
