Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of international market expansion projects.
- Conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics, legal) to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for global initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with international operations and market entry.




- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders in target markets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
- Provide regular, clear, and concise project status updates to senior management.
- Facilitate virtual team collaboration and communication across different geographies and cultures.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on international business development or market expansion.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-border projects.
- Excellent understanding of integral business environments and diverse market dynamics.
- Experience with remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of other languages is highly advantageous.
