ServiceNow Business Process / Functional Consultant – Europe – Remote

Empiric are supporting a leading general organisation on long-term ServiceNow opportunities across Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Spain.

We’re looking for experienced Business Process / Functional Consultants to help customers improve processes through ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.

You’ll lead discovery workshops, assess existing processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for implementation teams.

Key Skills & Experience

- ServiceNow CSA certification mandatory.
- Strong ServiceNow business process or functional consulting experience.
- Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or platform workflows.
- Experience leading workshops and mapping current-state and future-state processes.
- Requirements gathering and translation into functional specifications and user stories.




- Experience producing business requirements documentation and supporting solution validation.
- Ability to align business processes with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve workflows through AI.

Nice to Haves

- Additional ServiceNow certifications, particularly relevant CIS certifications.
- Industry-specific domain expertise.
- Experience supporting implementations across multiple customer engagements.
