About The Role You are the ultimate problem-solver at the heart of our Payroll teams. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM), you own the end-to-end operational lifecycle across 10+ product teams. Operating autonomously across global time zones, you are the crucial connective tissue that ensures what our customers need is exactly what our engineers build.

Orchestrate global execution: You are the critical connector between distributed Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. You excel at taking that volume, structuring the details, prioritizing ruthlessly, and taking decisive action.

What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments (Series A/B/C startups or equivalent-pace tech organizations), with a proven track record of moving quickly and juggling competing priorities. You are highly comfortable context-switching between a customer escalation, an engineering sync, and deep-dive data analysis. Data-driven approach:



You can pull your own data, extract meaningful insights, and use them to drive product enhancements and prioritization.

You deeply understand how software is built and shipped. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
