Medtronic is seeking a full-time, remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic-assisted system and DS1 AI-powered platform across EMEA. You will communicate complex technical issues to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, with a focus on remote support and occasional onsite training.
The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, multi-lingual fluency (Portuguese, English, Italian), and robotics experience in capital equipment.
