* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Product Analyst, or similar role.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
* Experience working on data, reporting, analytics, or data product initiatives.
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
* Experience managing backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Experience creating acceptance criteria and supporting UAT activities.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams. Preferred Experience
* Exposure to People & Organisation (HR/P&O;) data and processes.
* Previous experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
* Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data concepts. Experience working within corporate functions such as:
* ESG
* Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC)
* Legal
