About this role We are on a mission to build the sharpest and most performance-driven affiliate operation in the crypto iGaming world. Every deal, every campaign, every traffic source and every relationship has a direct impact on our growth
- and how we manage those partnerships determines how much value we get from them. The Affiliates Manager, is a hands-on role where you'll use data to understand what's working, reactivate and scale opportunities, and build a strong affiliate network across key markets. You'll also represent Thrill at industry events, building relationships and staying close to what's happening across the affiliate landscape. Up to the challenge?
* Source and onboard new affiliate partners
* Negotiate CPA, RS, Hybrid, Flat fee deals
* Launch campaigns and coordinate promotional activities
* Monitor traffic quality and partner performance




* Identify opportunities for scaling
* Monitor competitor affiliate offers and market activity
* Attend relevant industry events What we are looking for?
* 1+ years affiliate experience, preferably iGaming or Crypto
* Existing affiliate network is a strong plus
* Understanding of acquisition funnels
* Understanding of FTD, STD, NGR, CAC, CR, ROAS and LTV
