Manufacturing Technician IV at PCI Pharma Services executes and leads complex aseptic manufacturing, formulation, filtration, filling, and sterilization activities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role requires five years of technical experience, autonomy, attention to detail, and leadership capability, with responsibility for GMP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Execute and lead aseptic manufacturing activities including preparation, formulation, filtration, filling, and sterilization
- Operate production equipment per SOPs, ensure functionality, and maintain GMP compliance
- Manage GMP documentation including batch records, logbooks, and associated regulatory records
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and regulatory inspections




- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide technical training and support to Level III technicians

Requirements

- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Advanced knowledge of aseptic manufacturing techniques and Grade A/B/C/D environments
- Proficiency with SIP, sterilization systems, and equipment qualification
- Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements (AEMPS, FDA), and GMP documentation
- Current Media Fill and gowning qualifications or ability to obtain
- Leadership and technical mentoring capabilities for junior technicians
