You will work within the Sales Department to build trusted relationships, qualify opportunities, and guide complex deals from start to finish.
You collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and security experts to craft differentiated proposals and ensure sustainable account growth.
You will help Thales expand its cybersecurity services footprint while aligning with regulatory needs and client priorities.

Understand client cybersecurity challenges, priorities, and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions




Develop opportunities for recurring and long-term cybersecurity services and grow account value
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with Pre-sales, Delivery, and cybersecurity experts to build competitive proposals
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM with timely follow-ups
Monitor revenue, margin, and profitability across accounts and opportunities
Requisitos principales10+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales or IT account management
Experience in Spain's East Region market
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals
Strong customer focus and relationship-building capability
Negotiation and presentation skills
Product/services knowledge in cybersecurity domains
