ResponsabilidadesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) to ensure productive sessions within timeboxes
Identify and remove impediments; manage external dependencies when needed




Coach Product Owner and team on Agile principles; refine backlog and prioritization
Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time) to improve predictability and efficiency
Requisitos principalesDegree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with Agile training
Minimum 4 years as Scrum Master in software development (IT environments)
Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; hands-on with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
English level B2/C1; ability to facilitate sessions with distributed teams
Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution skills
