Provide technical support for data scientists across multiple squads
Collaborate with business analysts to translate problems into scalable solutions
Define development standards and solution approach
Design and structure reusable codebase

Requisitos principalesPhD in STEM field with research experience in Data Science or 3–5 years' experience as Lead/Senior Data Scientist
Expert in programming languages like Python or R
Advanced knowledge in math, analytics, and computer science; knowledge of ML methods and statistical models
Proficient in data science, optimization, ML, Python, R, SQL, data analysis, teamwork, and communication
Ability to translate business problems into advanced analytics approaches including ML and optimization components
Experience with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Develop business awareness and ensure cross-functional communication across concepts
Build reusable code and resilient data pipelines in the cloud
