OverviewIn this Project Manager role, you drive adoption of change at scale within Dow Jones Technology.
You turn business needs into structured enablement programs and oversee training, communications, and measurement to embed new ways of working, especially around AI tools and evolving workflows.
You'll move between analysis and execution, building scalable programs and partnering across teams to land change successfully.

ResponsabilidadesLead change initiatives to improve workflows and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled practices across Technology
Translate business needs into roadmaps, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
Manage learning license cycles, allocation, and track engagement and effectiveness
Design and scale learning experiences to reproduce efficiency gains across functions
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data & AI,



Operations and other units to align priorities and remove blockers
Create communications, playbooks, and reporting that make work legible and easy to adopt for teams and leaders
Track engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and business impact to iteratively improve programs
Facilitate structured working sessions, retrospectives, and workshops to move teams from ambiguity to action
Requisitos principales2-4 years in project or program leadership within technology, operations, enablement, learning, or transformation
Strong change management instincts for scaling new tools and processes
Experience designing and delivering training, facilitation, workshops, or enablement programs
Excellent stakeholder management and tailored, influential communication across functions
Comfort with data, dashboards, and operational metrics to guide decisions
Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools such as Google Workspace, Claude, Gemini, Confluence, Miro, and emerging AI-enabled ways of working
