Requisitos principales5+ years backend development experience
Strong system design skills
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
Deep understanding of data architecture and APIs
Experience with performance optimization and scalability
Solid frontend capabilities with modern JavaScript frameworks (experience gap tolerated when focusing on backend)
End-to-end product thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity across technical domains
