ResponsabilidadesPartner with business area leaders to understand performance, priorities and challenges; provide financial insight and challenge when needed
Act as primary Finance contact for assigned areas and build trusted stakeholder relationships
lead performance analysis to identify drivers, opportunities and risks
Coordinate annual planning,



budgeting and forecasting; monitor performance against targets
Develop executive narratives and management reports for CEO, CFO, ExCo and senior leadership
Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting, planning and analytics; promote data-driven decisions
Drive reporting automation and improve data quality; contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives
Requisitos principalesDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Controlling or Performance Management
Experience in stakeholder management
Insurance industry knowledge is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
Stakeholder management and relationship-building
