We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Manufacturing projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful coordination of site operations, infrastructure readiness, and project execution in pre-construction and construction stage. Working within a fast-paced project environment, you will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, technical teams, and contractors to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in the delivery of civil construction packages, including structural works, roofing, and façade systems for a unique industrial facility. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure works. Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and resource requirements, ensuring proactive mitigation of issues. Drive effective cost and schedule control while maintaining project performance targets.

Coordinate closely with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools. Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions for project planning and reporting where appropriate.

Qualifications Degree or qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. 5 years' experience in construction or project management;





experience working on industrial construction projects is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction site operations, contractor management, and project controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Interest in digital tools and AI-driven applications for planning, reporting, and project management would be an advantage.
