Do you have proven experience in management in the retail sector? We are looking for a new Store Manager M/F for our Salomon store (FO) in La Roca del Vallès As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they: Effectively execute brand standards You will provide the highest level of customer experience and deliver the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development. You will motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store, reflecting and maximizing the power of the Salomon brand You will manage all aspects of the store scorecard: people, operations, finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing results You will act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customer's needs and profile, so they can deliver consistently high-quality service You will be present and visible on the shop floor,
