The Role

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, Video & Photography, and partnering closely with our Digital Content Manager, you will serve as the operational anchor for EU Business School’s social media channels. The successful candidate will assume full ownership of daily community management and content publishing, ensuring our institutional voice remains consistent, responsive, and authoritative.

Key Pillars

1. Content Operations: Partner with cross-functional teams (editorial, design, video) to manage a dynamic social media calendar. Schedule and flawlessly deploy high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, ensuring strict brand alignment.
2. Community Management & Events: Act as our frontline digital representative. Monitor and respond to DMs and comments promptly with exceptional professional judgment. Capture live content at on-campus and external events (travel required) to drive strategic engagement with our international student body.
3. Analytics & Market Intelligence: Track key performance metrics using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to deliver data-driven monthly reports. Continuously monitor competitor activity and digital trends to recommend actionable optimizations.

The Requirements

- Experience: Proven operational experience in social media or corporate community management (3/5 years).
- Language: C1/C2 or native proficiency in English. Exceptional copywriting skills are mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for different platforms while maintaining a premium corporate tone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualifications).




- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of enterprise social media management and analytics tools.

Soft Skills:

- Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of current digital trends, with the ability to authentically connect with a vibrant international student body.
- Availability: Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays) and attend events outside standard working hours.
- Professional Profile: Highly organized, resilient, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate exhibits the professional maturity to handle routine administrative and engagement tasks with sustained enthusiasm and precision.
