Hybrid Business area: Finance / Accounts PayableJoin our Team We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join Air Products and support our Accounts Payable and supplier services activities. Alongside day-to-day supplier support, you'll have the opportunity to become an expert in country-specific processes, contribute to new country and process implementations, and partner with teams across Procurement, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable.
As our Accounts Payable Specialist you will bringManage incoming queries from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Apply established Accounts Payable processes to solve individual cases while delivering a positive customer and supplier experience.
Partner with Procurement, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable invoice-entry teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Provide backup support for other countries where your language capabilities and process knowledge are required, while contributing to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement activities.
Required Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Supplier Services, Procurement Operations or a similar shared-services' environment.




Fluent German and English.
Comfortable working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Previous experience with vendor-account reconciliation, invoice queries or supplier-facing Accounts Payable activities.
Knowledge of SAP.
