60 Days (Collaboration): Partner with CSMs to deliver joint maturity assessments; align business drivers with SailPoint architecture; design integration roadmaps (ServiceNow, SAP, AD, Workday, etc).
90 Days (Ownership): Act as lead strategic advisor on assigned accounts; co-create forward-looking success plans; advocate technical gaps to Product/Engineering and the Tech Council.
