ResponsabilidadesPlan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including calibrations and technical support for customers and users
Prioritize maintenance tasks by criticality and resource availability
Coordinate interventions by internal staff, suppliers, and external contractors
Ensure calibration and operation of instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and testing equipment
Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions




Lead technical improvements to boost availability, reliability, and efficiency
Oversee technical documentation and maintenance records
Manage relationships with internal and external customers to maintain high service standards
Participate in modernization, automation, and continuous improvement projects
Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requisitos principales2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or related environments
Experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing priorities
Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipment
Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement capabilities
Experience with suppliers and maintenance contracts (advantage)
English proficiency at B2 level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
