As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Acquisition team, you will help make that experience faster, clearer, and easier to improve with data. You will also build tools that help teams across Alpaca publish content themselves. You will bring strong frontend skills and product thinking to a fast-growing, cross-functional team. high-traffic general website using React and TypeScript Solve challenging problems in rendering, caching, content delivery, and web performance Work with Design to build polished, accessible, and search-friendly experiences using a shared design system 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with TypeScript and React Experience building or evolving a high-traffic, content-heavy website serving multiple regions Experience with CMS platforms, content modeling, publishing workflows, or self-service content tools Deep knowledge of web performance, rendering, caching, content delivery, and modern frontend architecture Experience using web analytics to understand and improve customer experiences Experience creating reusable components, layouts, and content patterns with Design Clear communication and experience leading complex work across Engineering, Design, and business teams Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing Experience with Cloudflare, CDNs, edge infrastructure New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500 Fully remote work environment
