You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, assisting shoppers with orders, payments, products, and promotions while maintaining service standards.
The role requires native or bilingual Dutch with good English, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a standard daytime schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with two Saturday shifts per month.
On-site in Benalmádena (Malaga), Spain.
