Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries about the streaming service.

Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues regarding account setup, streaming quality, and content availability.

Offer expert guidance on the features and functionalities of the platform to enhance user experience.

Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system efficiently.

Collaborate closely with other teams to communicate user feedback and propose enhancements to the service.





Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and troubleshooting best practices.

Cultivate user relationships through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing concerns.

Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, ideally in the streaming or entertainment sector.

Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.

Strong analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
