Requisitos principales12+ years of experience in top?tier consulting or equivalent strategic Life Sciences roles
Proven track record in leading complex projects, team management, and client relationship development
Strong expertise across pharma, biotech, medtech or related fields
Proven success in business development and revenue growth
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
University degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
