Our data science team is accountable for every data point we output and provides industry-leading, accurate, transparent analytics. We are looking for a Data Scientist who will be free to utilize the latest technologies to solve challenging problems, create innovative machine learning processes from the ground up, deploy them into production, and develop the tools for monitoring them. We are a mature and tight-knit data science team looking to add another top-shelf team member ready to make a difference in the automotive industry. We make data products and every new data product we output will solve a problem in the auto industry. Every Data Scientist will build models that go into production and directly impact our core products.
In this role, you will Immersing yourself daily in automotive industry dataDesigning and deploying AI/ML solutions that process, link, and enrich automotive data at scaleApplying advanced methods such as LLMs, text and data mining, and classical machine learning to detect anomalies and interpret vehicle dataConducting advanced model evaluation and optimizationManaging controlled rollout of data changes, from testing and approval through post-go-live monitoringDocumenting data workflows in terms of preprocessing logic, quality rules, validation results,



and change recordsLeading and managing complex end-to-end data science projectsCollaborating closely with technology and engineering teams to improve existing processes and build out new onesWorking with the product team to develop the analytics that will power new productsLeveraging mastery of Python and SQL for advanced data manipulationApplying in-depth knowledge of Snowflake as AI data cloud platformCreating visual reports in Tableau that summarize findings and provide transparency on data pipelinesConducting ad-hoc data analysis and reportingRequired Qualifications At least 8 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Graduate degree overall, that includes 4+ years of working with large and complex datasets in various formats (structured, semi-structured, unstructured data) 4+ years of applied Python programming for data science 4+ years of working with database software (MS SQL, Snowflake,



or MySQL)Hands-on experience with advanced AI/ML methods in data processingAbility to communicate technical processes to a lay audienceExperience presenting analytical findings to internal stakeholdersCuriosity and passion for solving problems with dataFluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications Experience deploying python processes on Snowpark / Snowpark Container ServicesExpertise deploying cloud-based ML Ops systemsExperience using Claude in ML or Data Science projects.
