For our Store in Barcelona, we are looking for you as Store Manager (m/f/x) in full time and on a fixed term contract. Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Collaboration with HR, Finance, Visual and Retail Merchandising and other relevant departments to ensure company goals are achieved Payroll management and control Proven successful experience in store management Fluent in Portuguese and English People and customer management skills Enthusiastic about fashion Spanish is mandatory, english is a plus Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG.
