On behalf of our esteemed customer, an important High Luxury Brand , we are recruiting the following profile to join their prestigious boutique in Madrid: STORE MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MADRID Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all store operations and team performance

- Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE)
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Strong Clienteling focus
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellence in client service
- Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability
- Monitor and analyse KPIs and business results
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at the highest level
- Produce reports and specific business analysis.

The adecuado candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience: Fluent spoken Spanish and English

- At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role within Luxury Brands
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Business driven and detail oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude;
